Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for a faster experience next time. Follow the steps to enter your delivery address, choose a shipping method, and complete your payment.
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Log into your account, go to your orders, and select the order you'd like to change. If it's already been dispatched, you'll need to wait for delivery and then request a return.
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, view order history, and earn loyalty rewards on future purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, express delivery takes 1–2 business days, and economy delivery takes 5–7 business days. Visit our Shipping Information page for full details.
Standard shipping is R99, but it's free on orders over R1,000. Express delivery is R199 and economy is R59. Collection from our Johannesburg location is free.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard or on our Track Order page.
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. We're working on expanding to neighbouring countries soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Refunds to your original payment method take 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Store credit refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
Payments & Security
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). All card payments are processed securely through our payment gateway with SSL encryption.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Click the Create Account link and fill in your details. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once verified, you can start shopping with all the benefits of a registered user.
Click on Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
