Order Status Guide
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your order has been received and is awaiting processing |
| Processing | We're preparing your order for shipment |
| Shipped | Your order is on its way — check your email for tracking details |
| Out for Delivery | The courier is delivering your package today |
| Delivered | Your order has been delivered |
| Cancelled | The order has been cancelled — a refund will be processed if applicable |
